Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune, is organizing a workshop on “Machine Learning in Speech Processing” from 12th July to 15th July 2017.
The main objective of this workshop is to provide a platform for Students, Teachers, Researchers and Industry personnel to learn the basics of speech processing and start research and development of applications in this field. This workshop is aimed at who want to do research in the Speech processing area, with motivation for building practical systems and applications using available tools and resources.
Main focus of the workshop is on the hands-on sessions on different software platforms to design speech/speaker recognition systems using different classifiers as VQ, GMM and HMM.
We look forward to a strong representation from your esteemed institute for the same and request you to kindly depute faculty and PG students, Research scholars, who intend to pursue this vertical as their domain of interest to enroll for the workshop.
